ISH launches 2001 taking 20,000 employees live on Lawson™ Software's HR Suite

ISH shows why it is Lawson Software's leading healthcare implementer, by taking Lawson clients # 53-54-55 live.

West Orange, New Jersey - January 4, 2001 - Implementation Specialists for Healthcare (ISH), today announced it has taken over 20,000 employees live on Lawson software concurrently on January 1, 2001. The Clarian Health Partners Inc. of Indianapolis IN, Cape Fear Valley Health System of Fayetteville, NC and Goshen General Hospital of Indianapolis, IN went "live" on Lawson Business Management System, Human Resources Suite. This marks the 55th time ISH has taken a Lawson implementation client live.

Clarian Health is a consolidated healthcare organization made up of 22 entities including Methodist Hospital, Indiana University Hospital, and Riley Hospital for Children. There are over 15,000 employees combined at these facilities. Clarian Health is also implementing (with ISH) Lawson Software's integrated, web-deployable software suites for Finance & Procurement. These go-lives will follow in February & March of 2001.

Cape Fear Valley Health System of Fayetteville, North Carolina also went live with over 4,000 employees on the Lawson Human Resources Suite. Cape Fear Valley is also implementing (with ISH) Lawson Software's integrated, web-deployable software package, INSIGHT™, purchased through SMS to integrate standard data and processes across the enterprise for their Finance and Materials Management departments. INSIGHT™, known as NOVIUS under the SMS banner, will replace a number of disparate applications and manual processes because they are not meeting the operational and information needs of the organization.

Named one of the nation's leading hospitals by JCAHO, Goshen General Hospital purchased Lawson Software's integrated, web-deployable software package for their Finance, Human Resources and Payroll functions. Goshen employs approximately 1,000 associates at their hospital.
