FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

BON SECOURS HEALTH SYSTEM TEAMS WITH ISH FOR LAWSON UPGRADE INITIATIVE

ISH Selected based on their leadership in the creation of BSHSI HR/Payroll Business Model

FAIRFIELD, NJ: ISH, Inc. announced today the continuation of their partnership with Bon Secours Health System, Inc. through 2008 to implement Lawson HR/Payroll applications for 3 additional local systems: Baltimore Health System, Hampton Roads Health System, and the Bon Secours Health System Office and to lead the upgrade to the new Lawson 9.0 application at 7 additional Bon Secours hospital sites where Lawson had been previously implemented.

In 2005, ISH led the creation of the HR/Payroll Business Model for Bon Secours Health System, Inc. (BSHSI), a $2.2 billion, multi-entity Catholic health care ministry, headquartered in Marriottsville, MD. Key deliverables for this project included benchmarking of current processes, recommendations for incorporating “Best Practices” through the standardization of data and business processes, plus the planning and development for the integration of the Lawson HR/Payroll suite including Manager & Employee Self Service and Lawson Dashboards into the business model.

David McCombs, Vice President of Supply Chain/ERP for Bon Secours states, “ISH has been able to define our business requirements and present options for what we need to do as a Health System to achieve our goals along with implementing these ‘Best Practices’ within our organization.”

ISH in conjunction with the BSHSI Project Team led the HR/Payroll implementation of the Charity Health System in New York State, comprised of three hospitals including St. Anthony’s Community Hospital, Bon Secours Community Hospital, and Good Samaritan Hospital. Over 5500 employees successfully went live on Lawson HR/Payroll as the pilot for the entire Health System in January of 2007. Additionally, in July of 2006, ISH led the HR/Payroll implementation of Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital (OLBH) located in Ashland, KY with over 1200 employees. OLBH ‘went live’ on Lawson HR/Payroll in January of 2007. Both projects were on time and within budget.

Ms. Sean Ballard, BSHSI Project Director for the HR/Payroll initiative stated, “ISH led us through a very complex system implementation based on Bon Secours’ unique business requirements, educating our project team members along with our local system users, and integrating this with our Time and Attendance system, Kronos Workforce. This has provided the Health System with a “model” to deploy throughout the balance of the local systems within BSHSI.”
