ISH, Inc Acquires Paradigm Business
Solutions
Acquisition Enhances ISH’s Position as an
Industry Leader in Lawson Software Solutions
FAIRFIELD, NJ: ISH, Inc announced
today the acquisition of Paradigm Business Solutions,
a leading provider of strategic consulting services
and one of the nation’s leading providers
of Lawson Software application and technical solutions.
The acquisition will significantly enhance ISH’s
capabilities as a “Certified” Lawson
Software professional services provider while
bringing the complete menu of ISH’s clinical
consulting services to Paradigm’s healthcare
clients at a time of continued need in the healthcare
industry. Financial terms of the deal completed
in August were not disclosed.

The acquisition now brings the
number of ISH professional services industry experts
and business consultants to 225. These include
experts in such fields as clinical and financial
system implementations, technical system setup
and support, clinical process management, financial
and operational management, interim management,
and patient data management. Industries covered
now include Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing,
Financial Services/Banking, Government, Publishing
and Distribution.
