I wanted to write a note or appreciation in recognition of the great work that the ISH team performed here at New Hanover Health Network. The contributions ISH made to our implementation of the Lawson Business Suite proved to be invaluable to our successes. Not only did we have a quality go-live, but we were able to achieve true business value from this implementation in the form of improved business operations, better business intelligence and reduced costs.

We did extensive research before selecting ISH as our systems integrator and are pleased to tell you today that the experience level of your staff and their ability to lead and work with our staff re enforces that decision. ISH's knowledge in departmental operations and in-depth experience with multiple Lawson implementations proved to be a key factor in the results we have achieved. The technical resources ISH was able to bring to the project also proved critical to the overall success of the project.

Given the enormity of the project (enabling fundamental changes in our business processes through the use of information technology) and the relatively few issues after go-live, this can only be called an enormous success. Your team's constant focus on "value" ensured that we brought to the table and addressed those tough decisions that might have otherwise been shelved and not even accomplished.

I give high marks all around to your entire team as they effectively led us through these initiatives and were instrumental to our success. While the go-live is only one step of a much larger process, we have every confidence that this foundation will support our efforts to improve our processes and efficiencies for years to come.
