I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan Menendez (one of your consultants). Mr. Menendez did a very thorough job of documenting and understanding our supply chain process. In so doing, he was able to make sensible and feasible recommendations for practice change. He was also able to identify educational opportunities for my staff. I am hoping to utilize Mr. Menendez's service in the very near future for some additional staff training. It was my absolute pleasure in working with Juan and hope to do so soon.
