Dear
Crawford,
On behalf of the HR, Payroll, and administrative
staff of Washington Regional Medical System, many
thanks to ISH for your invaluable assistance in
helping us install our Lawson HR/Payroll system
at WRMS. We were faced with an unforgiving timeline
with minimal resources, and were it not for the
timely and experienced help of Teri Rex, Craig
Woods and you. I don't think we could have accomplished
our goal.
When we finally got our system loaded on our
server in mid-October last year, we had no idea
what we were in for. Fortunately, Teri never let
on what we could expect; I'm not sure we would
have marched so blindly into this battle if we
had know how badly the odds were stacked against
us. However, she never gave up, and never allowed
us to think we couldn't get it done. She helped
us learn, helped us plan, and helped keep us on
track when we wavered. She clearly understands
what it takes to make the Lawson HR/Payroll system
work, and her project plans are thorough and organized
and helped us maintain order as we dug deeper
and deeper in the multitude of tasks involved
is such a large project. She never gave up and
was willing to roll up her shirtsleeves and sit
in the trenches with us all the way. January 4
was a long evening, but with the help of you,
Craig, and Teri, checks were run that night, we
made our goal on time and in budget.
In retrospect, having Teri on site Monday through
Thursday, week after week, was a key factor to
our success. She was either here to help us figure
things out or never more than a couple days from
returning if we really got stuck during one of
our marathon weekends. I was also impressed by
the support Teri received from both you and the
other ISH consultants; whenever we all got stumped,
she would get on her phone or email and find someone
within ISH who had battled that gremlin before.
When we were deciding which implementation consultant
to select to help us with our project, I heard
many promises and assurances about the chances
for our success. However, when I spoke with Victor,
I remember hearing confidence in his voice that
he knew, with his team, we would be successful.
He was right, and even though he's never been
to Fayetteville to visit us, he knew we could
do it, which is a true testament to his confidence
in you, he's still not seen the need to visit
Fayetteville.
Thanks again for your help. As we move further
into Lawson and its additional components, I hope
we have the opportunity to work together again.
Sincerely,
Stephen M. Percival
Director of Human Resources
