My experience with your consulting firm has been
such a positive one. The work involved in the project
was somewhat overwhelming given the complexity of
this organization and the challenges inherent with
the major changes we were about to undertake. The
members of the ISH team (Francis Ignacio, Gloria
Lockett, Jim Heller and Duke Ellington) consistently
made all change appear not only manageable, but
also achievable. The team was instrumental in adjusting
staff assignments and schedules to meet the changing
needs in the Sterile Processing Department. Many
of the members worked long hour days to ensure that
all activates were completed and were left with
appropriate resources and plans. I greatly appreciate
the adjustments made in their frequently traveling
at odd times and/or days, so that they could be
available when needed.
I hope that opportunities exist for us to work together
in the future. I wish you continued success as the
company continues to grow and expand.
