Dear
Jeff,
I wanted to write to say thank you for helping
Cape Fear Valley Health System achieve a quality
implementation of Lawson's Business Management
applications. It is a major undertaking to implement
the Human Resources, Financial and Procurement
Suites, in a multi-entity environment, all at
the same time. Not only did we have a quality
"Go-Live", but we were able to identify
and measure the ROI for this project in the form
of improved business operations and reduced costs.
As you recall, we did extensive research before
selecting ISH as our systems integrator. I'm pleased
to tell you today that the experience level of
your staff and their ability to lead and work
with our staff re-enforces our decision to hire
ISH. Their knowledge in departmental operations
and their in-depth experience with multiple Lawson
Implementations, proved to be a key factor in
the results we were able to achieve.
Simply stated, we came in on time, on budget,
and we have achieved to date the significant return
on our investment that we had anticipated. Given
the enormity of the project (enabling fundamental
changes in our business processes through the
use of information technology) and the relatively
few issues after go-live, this can only be called
an enormous success. And, of course, your team's
constant focus on ROI ensured that we brought
to the table and addressed those tough decisions
that quite often tend to be shelved to be addressed
at a later time and more often than not are never
addressed.
I would have to give high marks all around to
your entire team, all of whom we have come to
feel like part of the Cape Fear Valley Family.
While the go-live is only one step of a much larger
process that we have put in place here, we have
every confidence that this foundation will support
our efforts to improve our processes and efficiencies
for years to come.
Please accept my thanks and pass along my compliments
to your team. As we move forward with other I/T
enabled business projects, we will certainly look
to ISH to provide assistance in the future.
Very truly yours,
David B. Dillehunt
