We understand that UHSB is the only site that has gone live with seven (7) Lawson suites on one date. This took a monumental effort by the associates of UHSB, and was expertly led by your ISH Team. Your around-the-clock support, once the system went live, minimized many issues. We appreciate the ISH professional approach, as they were always there to support UHSB associates and aid them, thus eliminating issues as quickly as they occurred.

You are well aware of the "growing pains" a new system brings but with the support of ISH, we were able to minimize issues from over 1,500 users of Lawson Insight System. We have had many software systems implemented at UHSB, but this is one of the few that was implemented on schedule.
