We have just completed the process of successfully installing the Lawson Materials Management System. I wanted to let you know of the excellent work of one of your employees, Tom Sweeney. He was our consultant on this 11-month project and he has been without doubt the best consultant I have worked with in my 25 years of Heafthcare.

As you know, when implementing a new system, the employees are basically being asked to do two jobs. Without Tom's technical expertise. knowledge and patience this would not be the successful implementation that we now enjoy. I can honestly say Tom never said," I can't do this or that, '" can't meet with you at that time" or "you should ask someone else about that ". He was always available, even when his wife had a baby. He gave us his home #, cell phone #, and told us to call him any time. My staff already is asking what we will do when Tom leaves and once again he settled them down and said, caltme anytime you run into a problem.

Tom is a very talented individual and is truly an asset to I.S.H., Inc
