I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy James-Brooks, Project Manager from ISH, Inc., over the past 9 months during our implementation of the Picis Care Suite application. We adopted an extremely aggressive timetable for this project with multiple modules being installed at the same time. Without Cindy’s vigilance and oversight of all aspects of this build and development, I know things would not have proceeded as well as they did.

Cindy has great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. She ensured that all relevant parties were kept in the loop and spent an inordinate amount of time following up to ensure even the smallest of tasks were completed on schedule. Cindy is personable and interacts well with all levels of staff.

She demonstrated great patience and understanding during our go-live period, smoothing the feathers of stressed out staff while resolving technical issues at the same time.
