Dear Crawford,

Throughout my professional career I have had the opportunity to work with many consultants, ISH has truly been one of the best. The implementation of Lawson's version 8.0.1 at RMH has been one of the largest ERP projects in the Hospital's history, if not the largest, and without ISH it would not have been the success it was.

I specifically want to express my absolute satisfaction with Ingrett Bohorquez. Ingrett's thorough understanding of the system provided us with the knowledge to manage the project successfully. I do not believe there has been as successful Lawson go-live as we had and the smooth transition that we continue to have, and that is completely due to Ingrett's guidance and diligence. Working with Ingrett as closely as I did, I found her to have a deep concern for not only the success of our Materials Management piece, but also for the project in it's entirety. She dedicated more time and effort than was required and from the start of the project to the end never gave less than perfection.

I would like to emphasize some of Ingrett's major contributions during the execution of this project. First was her leadership ability to keep our team on time and on target, our weekly meetings were well documented indicating the project's progress, we always had a clear and complete understanding of what we had to do and how to do it, she kept us focused. Second was her level of teamwork and ability to diligently work with our materials management group. Ingrett's professional ability to work under the pressures of our Lawson Management team, and not let it influence her attitude toward the team or project was a constant source of inspiration to all of our Materials Management team who felt the same pressures and at times could not have pressed on without her support. Finally, Ingrett's commitment to follow through with our functional and technical system issues helped resolve many problems before go-live. She was our best advocate between Information Systems and Siemens in communicating, documenting and resolving critical and non-critical issues, such as EDI, E-fax and other multiple functional ones.

I would like to express my thanks to the entire ISH team, particularly to Ingrett for her leadership and commitment to our success and guidance throughout this project.
