I wanted to write to say thank you for helping Centra State Healthcare System achieve a successful implementation of Lawson's Human Resource/Payroll/Benefits suite. We began the project knowing that the timeframe was short but it was critical to meet our January 1 go live date. Since our payroll processing was outsourced, we also had to re-structure our payroll department to support internal processing. This meant defining everything from new processes to job responsibilities.

When we were searching for a firm to assist us in the implementation process, ISH's references consistently told us of the quality of work ISH provided. Given the magnitude of work and the fact that we came in on time and within budget, I am pleased to say that ISH lived up to their reputation.
