We have just completed the process of successfully installing the Lawson Materials Management System and General Ledger System. I wanted to let you know of the excellent work of one of your employees, Pam Carraway. She was one of our consultants on this project and she has been without doubt an asset to the implementation process.

As you know, when implementing a new system, the employees are basically being asked to do two jobs. Without Pam's technical expertise, knowledge and patience this would not be the successful implementation that we now enjoy. I can honestly say Pam has met our every request. She provided us with her home and cell number to contact her at anytime.

Pam is a very talented individual and is truly an asset to ISH, Inc. It was definitely a pleasure having her assist with the Lawson installation at our facility.
