Dear Jeff;

It's been eight months since we went live with the Lawson Materials Management and Financial Suites, and we would like to say "Thank you, ISH!"

Even though the implementation was not without our struggles, it was, and continues to be, a very successful implementation.

We would like to recognize the efforts of four ISH consultants who played key roles in the implementation. They are Juan Menendez, Jim Keys, Ben Waddel, and Craig Woods. Each individual brought a set of unique skills and traits, and managed to quickly blend in and get the job done. There were many long days, but the ISH team stayed by our sides. This hands-on attention in the trenches was truly appreciated.

Honorable mention also goes to Corey Smith for stepping in at the last minute and helping with the handheld units needed for inventory control. Thanks also to the other ISH consultants who passed this way as well.
