On behalf of TeamHealth and our management team,
I would like to acknowledge ISH's project team
efforts and dedication in delivering the on-time
execution of our aggressive implementation of
Lawson's Financial and Human Resources/Payroll
software. The teams project management approach
and the in-depth knowledge of Lawson and operations,
guided us in reorganizing our core business systems,
enabling change that will serve us well into the
future.
Most important to us, was their interest in understanding
our business needs and culture combined with their
commitment, leadership, and work ethnic. We benefiteda
great deal by their ability to transfer knowledge
to our people. The customized education and training
not only insured a successful project, but also
led to improved processes within our workflow.
The ISH Team was instrumental in recommending
changes within our processes, was diligent in
the execution of process changes, and assisted
in the establishment of new policies and procedures.
Relative to meeting deadlines, we appreciate the
manner in which the combined teams fully and efficiently
utilized all available resources, with sensitivity
toward the dual roles of having to perform project
assignments along with their regular workload.
Please accept my thanks and pass along my congratulations
to your team: Dale Pancoast, Ron Duncan, Greg
Oswell, Gonzalo Roldan, and Frank Goldsmith for
all their efforts and a job well done. As we move
forward with other business-oriented projects
