I wanted to take a few minutes to write and thank you for the successful implementation of the Lawson Financial and Materials Management application as well as the IPath application. As you know, I had a very bad experience with the Lawson implementation at the Lake and was concerned about go live here at Forrest General Hospital. I can safely sit here today and say that the difference between the Lake's disaster and FGH's success was the incorporation of ISH into FGH's implementation process. I was impressed with the steadfast approach that ISH made from day one that FGH must change its procurement processes and such to leverage the technology that Lawson brings to that process. It was painful but necessary to get the return on investment for Lawson. I was also impressed with the resources that ISH brought to FGH for the implementation.

I can truthfully say that ISH made the difference between a bad implementation and a very successful one for FGH.
