ISH made an immediate impact when you were brought in during the initial 1999 implementation of Lawson to help with our HR/Payroll install. You stepped in and were able to very quickly see where the issues were and direct our staff to the right resolutions.

Since that initial engagement, ISH has provided ongoing quality consulting support to Columbus Regional Healthcare System. You performed the needs analysis/differences engagement to justify the upgrade to version 803 and have provided the consulting support in our current efforts for that upgrade. I am pleased to report that this project will be completed by the end of July on time and within budget.

When deciding on a consulting firm to help us with our upgrade from Lawson 724 to 803 there were several characteristics that we took into consideration; knowledge of the product, experience with the upgrade process, good communications skills and the ability to meet deadlines. ISH exemplified these characteristics throughout our experience from the initial meeting to the final deadline.

Columbus Regional and I personally have been very satisfied with the quality of the ISH consultants and their depth of knowledge of ERP systems. You made our initial system transition and subsequent upgrades uneventful and with no suprises. Additionally, your teams’ user interaction is superb. I and my staff have never experienced any dissatisfaction with the caliber of any ISH consultants, their knowledge or professionalism in any way whatsoever.
