Now that we are at the ending of our install just want to thank you for sending Kim Smith our way and let you know what a turning point she made in the progress of our-go-live. And may I say, I am still amazed at how smoothly the go-live went. Her knowledge in all areas is unbelievable. And always-there ready to help on any type of question. If she did not know the anwser, it would not be long before she figured it out. And so many times she figured out problems before we even knew it would be a problem. She is a great asset to your company. I cannot say enough good things about how she has helped us with the install.

I hope ISH realizes what a great employee they have in Kim.
