Dear Mr. Uliano,

We have just completed the process of installing the Lawson Payroll/Human Resources System and I wanted to make sure that I let you know of the excellent work of one of your employees. Brain Depew was our consultant (your employee) on this 11-month project and he has been without doubt the best consultant I have worked with in a long career in Human Resources.

This was a complicated project for us owing to the variety of entities both not for profit and for profit and the many differing policies and procedures that had to be accommodated as well as the fact that our staff had to do their own jobs while installing this system. Without the truly superior technical/system expertise of Brian and his excellent attitude and ability to lead and manage a project I do not believe that our outcome would have been nearly as good.

Fortunately for us, Brian has the ability to be positive in all circumstances, which absolutely permeated the entire project group and his attitude and assistance provided staff with the certainty that they would be successful, and so they were. Also, in any project of this nature, there are times when the timing is short or the going is tough, in those instances he could be relied upon to jump in and made things happen as they needed to.

While any may say that the job of the Consultant is to complete the project successfully, what a difference it makes when working with someone in whom you have total confidence and who is so likeable that staff willingly will put forth the effort needed. We have certainly appreciated this great combination of talents.
