ISH Services
Community Memorial Hospital

Dear Mr. Uliano

I am the Vice President of Human Resources for Community Health Care Services (Community Memorial Hospital), Inc. of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I provided the executive leadership for the Lawson install. I am writing to express my appreciation to ISH for their dedication and tireless efforts in guiding us through our Lawson implementation. In particular, I would like to single out Crawford Hammett, Ann Ehlers and Ford Chambliss for all they did to make our system change as painless as possible. I am convinced that without their strong leadership skills and vast knowledge of Lawson, our install would not have been as successful as it was. As with any install, there were bumps in the road, but Crawford, Ann and Ford worked closely with us to keep them to a minimum.

We are now in the process of implementing the Self Evident Applications for employees and managers. I am personally involved in the implementation process. It has afforded me the opportunity to work more closely with your ISH Team. I can't begin to express my gratitude for their guidance and expertise. I'd like to share a few observations about them with you.

Crawford Hammett is a man of great character. He has provided us with the best possible resources ISH has to offer and served in the position of global leader for the implementation. He has worked hard to position ISH as a key business partner as opposed to just another vendor. It has been a pleasure to work with him. Ford Chambliss has been the design specialist for the SEA project. What a find! He has helped us to see what the true potential of the SEA can be. I am convinced that his understanding of our employee's needs and his diligent follow-up will guarantee success. His contributions have led us to extend his contracted time with us. Finally, I need to share my thoughts about Ann Ehlers. Ann has been the glue that has held the project together. She has been the backbone of the implementation team. She has continued to provide the "plan of attack" and kept us on task. To say that she is talented would be to understate her many contributions and expertise. She has been as dedicated to making the Lawson implementation successful as any member of my own staff. I don't think it would be possible to work with a finer professional. Mr. Uliano, you are truly blessed to have such an outstanding staff. They represent you and ISH in the best possible way, as a dedicated business partner.

Again, please accept my thanks for a job well done. It has been a pleasure to work with your company.

Sincerely,

John M. Zorbini
Vice President of Human Resources
Community Health Care Services, Inc.
