On behalf of Isabella Geriatric Center's MIS Executive Committee, I would like to acknowledge the dedication of ISH's project team in the successful project execution and implementation of the real-time census, resident, roster, resident census and condition, medical records and the preparation of the enterprise resource scheduling system.

Each project ran concurrently requiring the instrumental dedication of your project manager, Ingrett Bohorquez in understanding our processes, culture, and related system challenges. Most important was her interest in understanding our business needs, combined with her commitment, leadership and work ethic.

The results encompassed the development of policies and procedures, system usage and maximization, re-engineering of future processes to increase efficiencies and provide improvements where systems where challenged. The customized education and training not only insured a successful project, but also led to improved processes within our workflow. The leadership Ingrett provided made the users, who were computer illiterate, feel at ease, comfortable and positive about the successful execution of their projects.
