On behalf of Saint Tammany Parish Hospital, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the exceptional work your team provided us during out our Lawson system implementation. As you know, we went live on January 1, 2000 with phase I of the finance, Materials, Human Resources and Payroll applications. This was accomplished in less than 6 months from start to finish, which is almost incomprehensible when you consider the scope of the work this project encompassed.

Jeff Welke, Carl Dey Armin, Debbie Lue and Crawford Hammet all performed their responsibilities with due professional care and were truly instrumental in our mutual success. The many long hours and dedication are to be commended. Your "Experts" related very well with our people and were always eager to help them develop both systems and processing knowledge. It is quiet refreshing to work with a group of professionals who not only implement a system, but also understand, improved and created efficiencies in our buisness practices.
