My hospital is in the middle of implementing the Lawson Insight Business Management System software package which started about five months ago. It is a somewhat complicated and very involved program. I would like to inform you of how valuable and knowledgeable Margaret Heiar has been to the Medical Imaging Services department. She has gone the extra mile to personally teach me how the program works so that I, in turn, can train the rest of my department. Mike Whitaker and Garrison Jones are also great people but Marge is something special. She has gone out of her way to accommodate and be available for any and all questions that I have concerning Lawson.
