Dear Pat,

I wanted to write this brief letter of appreciation as I bring closure to my responsibilities her at Humility of Mary Health Partners. I want to thank you and your associates, particularly Gloria Lockett, for your commitment in helping our institution achieve goals we were unable to move forward on our own. As with most healthcare settings, we have used a number of consultants in the past to help us increase the efficiency and quality of our services. However, as you promised, ISH was different than the rest. The amount of personal commitment and talent I found among the ISH staff exceeded our expectations. During the course of our difficult project, your staff maintained focus on the priorities of our institution and worked with the same determination as our own staff.

I hope that there will be an opportunity for us to work together in the future and will certainly recommend your services should I be in a position to do so. I wish you continued success and once again want to acknowledge my appreciation for our project manager Gloria Lockett.
