Implementation Specialist for Healthcare, Inc.
100 Executive Drive, Suite 370
West Orange, NJ 07052-3309
Dear Ms. Reilly:
As I attempt to bring closure to my responsibilities
at Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), I feel compelled
to thank you and your staff for adding to my experience
with this project in such a positive manner. The
work involved in the project was somewhat overwhelming
given the complexity of this organization and
the challenges inherent with the major changes
we were about to undertake. Implementation Specialist
for Healthcare (ISH), though the outstanding staff
assigned, consistently made all changes appear
not only manageable, but also achievable.
In the last twelve years of hospital administration,
I have had the opportunity to work with several
outstanding consultant groups. Without a question
ISH ranks at the top of that list. Your ability
to take concept and operationalize them in a realistic
manner is exemplary. The individuals with whom
I worked this past year maintained a solid commitment
to ISH and JMH goals, the deliverables identified,
and always performing with competence in a professional
manner. The company readily adjusted staff assignments
to meet out frequently changing needs and the
specialists involved maintained a flexibility
that exceeded expectations.
While all your specialists represented ISH extremely
well, I cannot say enough about the core group
assigned to our project: Retta Sengstock, Project
Manager, was always in touch with the issues facing
the team and us whether she was physically at
JMH or at other sites around the country. She,
Barbara Goodman, Joe Muraski, and Carol Sumner
managed their individual work schedules around
the activities in place at the hospital, frequently
necessitating odd travel times and/or days. In
addition, they consistently worked at least ten
hour days to ensure that all activities were completed
and JMH staff was left appropriate resources and
plans. Most impressive was their willingness to
assist and be present in the department, on two
separate occasions, as the hospital went into
hurricane readiness mode.
Choosing to leave this position while there are
project goals still to be accomplished brings
mixed emotions. I don't like to things unfinished.
However, the excellent working relationship I,
and the staff, shared with the ISH project team
has left a solid foundation which will provide
the support and direction to reach all the goals
previously established by JHM leadership. That
speaks very highly of the capabilities of your
staff and the comfort level they were able to
establish in this assignment.
I hope that opportunities exist for us to work
together in the future and will certainly seek
or recommend your services should I be in a position
to do so. I wish you continued success as the
company continues to grow and expand services.
Sincerely yours,
Donna Campbell, RN, MBA, CNAA
