It is a pleasure to be able to write to you regarding Debbie Trautwein. I believe the number of times that we extended her stay with us speaks for itself, but I would like to address some of the specifics that made Debbie so valuable to us.

Debbie posses the knowledge base and skill that we required in order to enhance a minimal installation of the ESI products in our Materials Management Department. Her mastery of the software and analytical abilities allowed her to assess our logistical and interface issues and provide us with long term workable solutions. The results to date have exceeded our expectations.

Debbie also assisted us in training a System Analyst to help us handle internal support issues. Having prior experience with the ORBIT product, I recognize the long learning curve involved with mastering the software. Debbie provided our analyst with a solid knowledge base that will afford him the opportunity to be successful.

I would be remiss if I did not also mention Debbie's warm and friendly personality. She is truly professional in all settings, and combines that with helpful and patient attitude. The excitement that she exhibits when teaching and explaining the software shines through. She easily gains the confidence of the staff and establishes her credibility quickly.

In closing, I would highly recommend Debbie for any clients struggling with software issues, and look forward to her return to us in the future. It was really a joy to work with her.
